"the Impact of Social Media on" Branding Networking

Abstruse

Authors investigate various types of activities of employers on social networks in the course of staff recruitment and provide an cess of their effectiveness from the companies' betoken of view given in sociological surveys. The article likewise contains researches of the popularity of diverse social media within recruitment as well as general activities (for example, 60 minutes-brand promotion). The article also discusses types of applicants' behavior in social networks during employment and their willingness to deport business organization negotiations with employers through social media. Data for Russian labor market are compared to the results of similar studies among strange countries. Information technology justifies the conclusion that, in general, Russian companies rather highly evaluate the effectiveness of social networks as a tool for recruiting staff, merely the lack of conventional practices for their use in processes such equally advice with candidates of sure professions, likewise equally the lack of a professional social network, practice non let social networks to close a really large number of vacancies.
